What We Do
The mission of SPEAK* is to facilitate authentic self-expression, self-understanding, and NVC-based communication skills through collaborative arts, circle work, and intentional community.
Using the NVC principles as a touchstone, we encourage participants to explore themselves through prompts in writing, movement, visual arts, and songwriting.
